This interactive and fun workshop will introduce students to the basics of sexuality and gender and equip young people with respectful terminology. This session will empower students with the knowledge and confidence to support their LGBTIQA+ peers. 

Our workshops are delivered by trained presenters with a personal lived experience and play an active role in LGBTIQA+ advocacy.

This workshop covers:

  • LGBTIQA+ terminology and identities

  • Celebrating diversity and respect

  • Evidence-based examples of barriers faced by LGBTIQA+ young people in schools

  • Practical tools to support and celebrate LGBTQIA+ peers

  • Real-life stories and shared lived experiences

  • Resources, links and further support

Workshop size: 30 - 40 people

For: Students

Duration: 1 - 1.5 Hours 

All our presenters have a valid WWWC and National Police Check.
